Good morning,A Wampum man faces child endangerment and D-U-I charges after crashing into a utility pole with a seven-year-old passenger. State police say forty-eight-year-old Zebuliah Bartley crashed on Oswald Street last month. Blood tests showed Bartley was positive for fentanyl and methadone. The child was treated for minor injuries.In federal court, thirty-three-year-old Melvin Dorsey-Pace of New Castle has pleaded guilty to drug trafficking. Known as "Smooth," he was arrested after a raid uncovered weapons mixed with fentanyl, heroin, and cocaine. Facing his third federal drug conviction, he faces up to thirty years in prison.And two Lawrence County PennDOT workers have won an innovation award for inventing "beaver cages."
