 New details are being released following a major drug bust in Jessamine County.  Last week, four people were arrested after more than two-million-dollars worth of cocaine, 15-thousand-dollars of cash, and a gun was found following a months-long investigation in Nicholasville.  The quartet all now face charges which include trafficking of a controlled substance. With just a few more days until the 152nd Kentucky Derby, the field is already changing.  Race officials say Silent Tactic is the first horse to scratch from this year's lineup.  The scratch is due to Silent Tactic suffering from a bruised foot.  A horse named Great White will replace Silent Tactic.Meantime, officials are urging attendees to keep an eye out for signs of human trafficking during the Kentucky Derby this weekend.  Experts say any event that tends to draw in large crowds has the potential to attract criminals who are looking to exploit vulnerable people.  Kelly Jones with Louisville Metro Emergency Management says seeing women who seem to be in poor health, behaving submissively, or without personal belongings can all be signs that something is wrong.  She is urging people to following their instincts and report situations that seem suspicious to law enforcement.A woman is facing charges after law enforcement in Wayne County found two of her children with their mouths and noses duct taped this week.  A Monticello Police officer stopped Anna Benscome as she was pulling out of the Wayne County Judicial Center parking lot on Tuesday after getting reports of her screaming and pulling on kids in the back of the vehicle while it was parked.  Authorities say two of the four kids in the car had duct tape on their faces at the time and Benscome told them it was something she does regularly.  She was arrested on charges including strangulation and endangering the welfare of a minor.The prized silver antlers have been returned to the winner of this year's Great Steamboat Race -- the Belle of Louisville.  The 63rd annual Kentucky Derby Week tradition drew thousands to the banks of the Ohio River last night to watch the Belle of Louisville edge the Belle of Cincinnati and reclaim the antlers.  The event has been a fan favorite during Derby Week since it began in 1963.
