"Thunderduck's Great Adventure" Contest Rules and Regulations
ELIGIBILITY
Anyone over 18 years of age. Employees (and their immediate families) of 3WZ and the Sponsors are not eligible.
REGISTRATION
Entrants may register by fully completing an entry and depositing it in the boxes provided at Sponsor locations. Entrants may register one time at each Sponsor each week. Registration is during normal business hours, as determined by each participating Sponsor.
SELECTION OF SEMI-FINALISTS AND FINALISTS
Selection of Semi-Finalists will be done weekly by random drawings from among entries received at each Sponsor location. To qualify as a Semi-Finalist, a contestant must have registered at that participating Sponsor's location during that week of the contest. There will be a Semi-Finalist chosen each week at each Sponsor location. Selection of Finalists will be done at the end of the contest from among those contestants identified previously as a Semi-Finalist. There will be a Finalist chosen from among each Sponsor location's pool of Semi-Finalists.
TOTAL NUMBER OF FINALISTS
There will be 272 total Semi-Finalists selected (eight from each Sponsor location) and 34 total Finalists selected (one from each Sponsor location).
DUPLICATION OF FINALISTS
Duplication of Finalists is allowed, i.e., a Finalist theoretically could have his/her name drawn more than once during the promotion.
SPONSOR LOCATION PRIZES
The Finalist at each sponsor location in 3WZ's "Thunderduck's Great Adventure" contest will win the set of Disney characters on display at that Sponsor location and will immediately become eligible for the Grand Prize.
GRAND PRIZE
The Grand Prize for 3WZ's "Thunderduck's Great Adventure" contest is a trip for two adults and two children to Orlando, FL to visit Walt Disney World. Included in the prize package is round trip airfare, hotel accommodations and passes to Walt Disney World.
DISCLAIMER
3WZ and the Participating Sponsors cannot be held responsible for traffic, weather, acts of God, or any other unforeseen problems that prevent participating listeners from reaching the Sponsors' locations to register.
SELECTION OF THE 3WZ "THUNDERDUCK'S GREAT ADVENTURE" GRAND PRIZE WINNER
The entries of all of the Finalists will be deposited in a container from which the Winner will be selected by random drawing.
TIME OF WINNING DRAWING
The drawing for the Grand Prize Winner will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 24, 2000.
DURATION OF 3WZ's "THUNDERDUCK'S GREAT ADVENTURE" CONTEST
3WZ's "Thunderduck's Great Adventure" contest will begin on July 3, 2000 and will end with the final drawing at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 24, 2000.
TAXES
Any and all local, state and/or federal taxes are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner.
